Come paint with us and let's dive deeper into the connection to ourselves. Sarah will share lots of ways to choose closer to yourself. Ways to understand and connect with your heart, mind, and soul. We will also learn how to paint in an intuitive style. You will learn brush strokes and we will listen to music in a moving meditation while we embrace peace, love, and happiness. We will also touch on ways to see beauty in our darkness and how to shine in light into ourselves when we feel lost. Join us this afternoon for showing up for yourself!

She loves hiking and being near or in the water. You can find her riding her bike around town and enjoying a fun evening or afternoon with local characters at their favorite hang out spots. She feels free in these moments following her heart and collaborating with the world and people around her to level up and achieve new heights.
