  • Sol Barre Studio 867 S 29th Ave UNIT 106, Bozeman, MT 59718 (map)

Registration Required, sign up HERE.

Enjoy a healing sound bath for support in relaxation, positive coping skills and holding space to just “be”. One hour of calming sound with harp, flute, singing bowls and chimes with open discussion before and after the experience including creative arts through journaling and drawing. During the sound bath, your whole self will receive benefits of the vibrations and sounds from the harp, native flutes, singing bowls and chimes. You will feel more relaxed, more connected to yourself, pain relief, reduced anxiety and mental clarity.

We will have time for processing through journaling and or drawing after the bulk of the sound session. The sound bath is different for everyone every time and can be as passive or as engaging as you make it or need it to be. Journaling materials provided. So, bring a comfy blanket and join me for an hour of bliss. Mats will be provided.

Space is limited, reserve your spot today! All materials are included. Please be prepared to remove your shoes as they are not allowed in the studio. You are welcome to bring a bottle of water, please leave all other beverages behind.

In order to keep our programming sustainable, this event includes a $10 reservation fee. We strive to keep our workshops as accessible as possible. Reach out to dani@sufferoutloud.org if you need a fee waiver before 4:00pm on Feb. 9th.

W e can't wait to see you there!
