Think of it like a hike that’s a little more juicy. We’re talkin’ heart opening convo’s, mediating in nature while overlooking beautiful Bozeman, and learning new skills to help boost your daily mental health.

Let’s squeeze in one last hike before winter hits! Join Sarah at the Mount Ellis Trail in Bozeman, MT for a day of hiking, self-care, meditation, and connection. And don’t worry! Mount Ellis is a mellow trail with open fields, cozy forests, and amazing overlooks. It’s perfect for everyone of all abilities. Everyone is welcome to come.

About Sarah:

Hi, I’m Sarah. I'm 25 years old, originally from Park City, UT, and am the founder of Healthy n’ Happy AF. When I was 11 years old, my brother Shannon passed away from a sudden heart attack at the age of 14. He was my partner in crime, best friend, and other half. His death flipped my world upside down. When times got tough, I found solace while recreating in nature. Skiing, hiking, biking, and frolicking in the outdoors brought me peace, happiness, and comfort. My goal with Mindful Movement is to show you the powerful effects that nature has on our mind and body in a fun, welcoming, and kick ass space.
