Fitness for Dignity
Life sometimes can feel like a big challenge. We have so many tasks and responsibilities. It can be overwhelming.
When things feel like a grind, at some point, something in us wakes up. We want to grow. To rise up.
Fitness is the ideal tool to help us grow stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually. We may start out with a goal of losing weight, or getting stronger, but quickly we see that fitness is a doorway to something bigger.
This talk is about standing tall and using fitness as a powerful tool. You can apply the principles in this talk to your life whether you are just starting out in fitness or have lots of experience. All are welcome. This is a free community event!
Campbell Gerrish has worked as a Wilderness Guide, Consultant, Public Speaker and Small Business Owner. Campbell currently serves as Director of the Ridge Athletic Club Downtown. He loves to work with people, guiding others' personal growth through fitness. He is committed to doing everything he can to expand his own capacity as a trainer, father, husband, and friend.
